In accordance with article 329 of the Constitution of Honduras, Próspera ZEDE is subject to national legislation on matters regarding sovereignty, territory, justice, national defense, foreign relations, electoral matters, ID and passport issuance. On all other matters, Próspera ZEDE is authorized to adopt international best practices for fostering a competitive environment for doing business.
