Permitting in Próspera is designed to establish clearly and unequivocally the zone’s regulatory jurisdiction over your business. Although not legally required, furnishing proof of permitting is often required to open a bank account or to satisfy external regulatory authorities that they do not have authority to regulate your business. You can request an official Póspera ZEDE governmental Permit for Regulated Industry Activities and/or for Non-Regulated Industry Activities.
To request a Permit please email: gsp@prospera.hn
